Another Election

Just another election

He was a proper little perky politician

Who perfected perjuring with his performance

Painting pictures of pretence upon a canvas

Pretty paragraphs to help pollute the populace

Are you calling me a liar I won the last election

I am the only truth and I know I am perfection

They hate me but you see God gave me protection

I might even be divine and this is my resurrection

Devious and daring in the danger he dished out

Dirty dodgy deals pretending to be devout

Dereliction of his duty in the damage he inflicted

Disaster a reality in the country he depicted

I am the chosen one to make this country great

You could sense I am a genius each time I debate

I have been a winner twice now we’re gonna reinstate

Keeping out the crooks that try to desecrate

There’s another whopper written on the gate

A withering of wish lists as his disciples wait

Worshipping himself never wavering in his belief

As he wanders aimlessly a whisper is emerging

We’re gonna build a wall one hundred feet high

Listen carefully for I cannot tell a lie

I’m the greatest man since Lincoln nobody can deny

I’ll be the president forever until I die
